Halibut season is back!

And we are going to be creating some wonderful one off plates over the next couple of weeks.

We kicked off the season with this fresh, delightful item.

Wild Alaskan Halibut that sits on top of a shrimp chowder and spring garlic sauce and topped with aged country ham and crispy potatoes.
